PSY 100: Introduction to Psychology
It addresses the scientific study of behavior and mental processes through the exploration of major theories and concepts, methods, and research findings in the field of psychology. Topics covered span across the various subfields in psychology and include: biological bases of behavior, perception, cognition, learning, emotion and motivation, development, personality, social psychology, psychological disorders and therapies, and the application of psychology to contemporary social issues.
Reflective Narrative:
Through this course, we learned a vast amount of information about psychology and several components. Many of the aspects we learned were theories and different concepts. Much of the information we were able to view though examples and videos. The class primarily focused on completing 3 tests based on the information. While the second components were activities that allowed one to get a better grasp of the theories and information
