Reflective Narrative:
This course was divided into different categories based upon each literacy movement in Spain. We learned and read about the Spanish society and its development. Some of the works we read we Lazarillo de Tormes, Don Quijote, Don Juan Tenorio, La Casa de Bernarda Alba among others. Each story reflected a different aspect of the Spanish culture during this time. Another important aspect of the class was learning about the large number of writers that contributed to the Spanish literature movements. Some of those writers were: Leandro Fernández Moratín, Gustavo Adolfo Becquer, Miguel de Cervantes, Jorge Manrique among others. After reading and completing a particular unit we were tested on the material.
